Errington Thompson

Chairman & President

A business consultant by trade and a contributor to national and regional development in agriculture, he is a founding member and President of the Bahamas Agri-Business Co-operative Society Limited (BABCO). He also provides training and motivational presentations across the Bahamas and Turks and Caicos Islands, specializing in customer service, sales, communication, and workplace skills.

Euthalia Philgence​

An experienced agro-processing specialist with over two decades in agriculture, including roles in dairy supervision and laboratory work. She has trained processors, provided technical support, and gained insight into industry challenges. A certified trainer, assessor, and consultant, she has led projects in quality standards, HACCP, and vocational training, supporting farmers, enterprises, and regional development initiatives.

Norville Abraham​

Vice President

A results-oriented agricultural professional with extensive experience in farm management, marketing, agro-processing, and quality assurance. Through his role in AACARI, he supports sector development and small industries. He has held leadership roles in several organizations, demonstrating strong expertise in human resources, customer service, and community development across St. Vincent over decades.

Claude Brown

Treasurer

An experienced agricultural professional, he serves as President of the Montserrat Farmers Association. He previously worked as an Agricultural Advisor and held multiple roles within the Department of Agriculture. His career includes regional work with CARDI and CARDATS, NGO leadership, and strong experience in communication, including radio, alongside private enterprise involvement.

Derrick Nicholas

Director

A graduate of regional and international institutions, he is a passionate backyard farmer and cooperative member. With 30 years’ experience in hospitality, sports administration, and leadership, he has held senior roles including CEO of the Leeward Islands Cricket Board. He excels in event planning, administration, and branding, while actively supporting community initiatives and volunteerism.

Dr. Malachi Dottin

Director

He has served in senior agricultural research and development roles with Grenada’s Ministry of Agriculture and supported initiatives like climate‑smart agriculture, food security, and youth engagement in farming. His work emphasizes strengthening regional agriculture and community capacity.
