A Business Consultant & Trainer by trade, he has done extensive training and motivational presentations for a number of companies in the Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands. Training areas include total customer satisfaction, quality service, sales, customer relations, telephone skills, communications, customer care, front desk/reception etiquette, interpersonal skills, teamwork, productivity and ownership.
Errington serves on the Advisory Committee on Cooperatives in the Ministry of Agriculture & Marine Resources. He also serves on the Bahamas Committee on Food and Agriculture Organizations of the United Nations (FAO) Matters.
Euthalia Philgence has a passion for Agro-processing and agriculture in general and has been involved in the sector for over two decades. She worked as a supervisor at the Beausejour Dairy Farm and later on she was appointed laboratory technician at the produce chemist laboratory. Read More
During her tenure there, she became involved in the sector by training processors and also providing laboratory support. In this position she obtained firsthand knowledge of the issues that affected the agro-processors as she visited the various establishment and provided them with in-house training.
Ms. Philgence is also a trainer for the Safer Food Better Business (SFBB) and Menu-Safe HACCP model which included Project Management. She is also a Certified Assessor, Auditor and Verifier for Vocational Qualifications up to level IV. She also worked on several projects including development and implementation of standards and certification system for selected agricultural products and training. She undertook others which included technical assistance for training of micro and small enterprises in Trinidad and Tobago in international quality standards and other HACCP implementation projects.
Ms. Philgence has worked as a consultant on the Small Farmers Assistance (SFA) 2006 project implemented by Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) and funded by the European Union. She served as the Project Coordinator for that same project after this project she has continued to work with agro-processors in conducting assessment of facilities and skills, conducting training.
She is also working with several farmers’ organisations and groups to develop capacity and operating procedures In recent years the consultant has been involved in Competency based training in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET). She has served as the Quality Assurance for the Caribbean Vocational Qualifications and has conducted a number of activities in related to TVET. These include assessor-training, auditor-training, CBET training, writing and evaluating standards, conduct, monitor and evaluate training and coordinate, conduct and review assessment.

Claude Browne is President of the Montserrat Farmers Association and serves as Treasurer of AACARI. Until recently Claude was employed by the Department of Agriculture as The Agricultural Advisor. Over the years he worked, he held several posts within the Department of Agriculture. Read More
Claude also worked for CARDATS as The Country Officer for Grenada where one of the groups worked with was the North East Farmers Association. He also worked with CARDI in Grenada and Montserrat before venturing into private enterprise. This led Claude to work in the NGO sector as a Programme Officer for the Montserrat Christian Council. Besides being an agriculturist, Claude has some training and lots of experience in communication especially in radio.
Tribute to Pamella
Pamella was a consummate professional, a dedicated and consistent worker, a nationalist and a friend. Pam was dedicated to the advancement of farmers in the Caribbean region and a proponent for food and nutrition security. She spent most of her life helping others. Antigua & Barbuda should be justly proud and her and all that she has accomplished.
